Infracheck Terms of Use

Use of the product

Infracheck is provided for network diagnostics, local monitoring, reporting, and support workflows. You are responsible for using it only on networks and systems where you have authorization.

No emergency guarantee

Infracheck provides diagnostic and monitoring information. It is not a substitute for operational judgment, incident response processes, backups, security monitoring, or professional network administration.

Local appliance operation

If you deploy the appliance, you are responsible for hosting, access control, tokens, firewall rules, data retention, updates, and compliance with your customer or organization policies.

Reports and recommendations

Reports and recommendations are generated from available telemetry and may be incomplete or incorrect if the device, network, configuration, or environment limits the collected data.

Intellectual property

Infracheck names, branding, website content, and product materials are owned by their respective owners. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infracheck is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the product.
