Infracheck Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Overview

Infracheck provides mobile and desktop network diagnostics apps and a local appliance for network telemetry. The apps are designed for local-first diagnostics by home users, small offices and support teams. They do not require an Infracheck account and do not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the current release.

Data controller

For the Infracheck website, contact form, direct support messages, and information voluntarily shared with us, the data controller is ATG SERVICES S.R.L., CUI 50268922, registered office at Intrarea Guliver 13, Building 3, Apartment 640, Sector 6, Bucharest 060576, Romania.

Our complete transparency notice, legal bases, retention periods, recipients, international-transfer safeguards, and data-subject rights are described on the GDPR and Data Rights page.

Information processed by the InfraZoom Android app

The app may process technical information needed for diagnostics, including Wi-Fi/network state, SSID/BSSID where available from Android, IP and gateway information, DNS and HTTP test results, signal strength, link speed, channel data, appliance URL, appliance admin token entered by the user, local scan history, and generated diagnostic reports.

This information is processed on the device and, when paired with an Infracheck Appliance, exchanged with the appliance selected by the user on the local network.

Information stored on the device

The app may store appliance pairing details, scan history, report files, and user-entered settings locally on the device. Users can remove locally stored app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

Information processed by the appliance

The Infracheck Appliance runs inside the customer network. It may store local telemetry such as network checks, device inventory, alerts, configuration, reports, and history in the appliance data directory. Appliance data is controlled by the customer or operator hosting the appliance.

Website and contact form

If you contact us through the website, we process the name, email, company, interest, and message you submit so we can respond. The website contact form sends messages to our support mailbox. We do not sell this information.

We process inquiries to take steps requested before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in replying, providing support, and protecting the service. Contact and support correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.

Third-party services

The InfraZoom Android app does not currently include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or similar third-party tracking SDKs. The website uses hosting, reverse-proxy/security, and transactional email providers. External download links may take users to GitHub or Google Play, which process data under their own notices.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. Diagnostic data is shared only when the user chooses to share a report or when the app communicates with a user-configured local appliance. Support messages are shared with the email provider needed to deliver the message.

Security

The app masks appliance token fields and uses the token only for appliance communication. The appliance supports token-protected admin actions. Users are responsible for protecting appliance URLs, tokens, generated reports, and local deployment environments.

The website may process IP address and request metadata for secure delivery, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. The contact-form rate limiter keeps request history in memory for up to one hour, and origin access logs are normally rotated after 14 days.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to ANSPDCP or the competent supervisory authority in your country. See GDPR and Data Rights for instructions and full details.

Children

Infracheck is intended for people who need to check or operate networks, including home users, small business users, IT technicians, MSPs, and infrastructure operators. It is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
