What is Infracheck used for?

Infracheck is used by home users, small offices, IT support teams and MSPs for Wi-Fi troubleshooting, network diagnostics, local appliance monitoring, LAN visibility, WAN/DNS/HTTP checks, and evidence reports.

Is the Infracheck appliance cloud hosted?

No. The free appliance is self-hosted and runs inside the customer network using Docker. It stores telemetry locally by default.

Does Infracheck replace an MSP monitoring platform?

Infracheck focuses on local-first diagnostics and customer-site evidence. The Premium roadmap adds a self-hosted central layer for MSP operations, but the free app and appliance are useful independently.

Why compare phone diagnostics with appliance telemetry?

The phone shows what the user experiences at a location. The appliance shows what the local network experiences continuously from inside the LAN. Comparing both helps isolate client-side and site-wide faults.
