Network evidence reports turn troubleshooting into customer-readable proof.
Infracheck reports are designed for support conversations, incident follow-up and MSP reviews where raw dashboards are not enough.
What reports include
- Overall health, domain scores and important findings.
- WAN speed history, min/avg/max values and current status.
- Ping, DNS and HTTP/TLS summaries with failed or warning checks grouped.
- LAN inventory counts, new devices, missing monitored devices and notes.
- Technician recommendations and timestamps for handover.
Why reports matter
A report gives the customer a concise explanation of what was tested, what was normal, what needs attention and what the next action should be.

Reports can be generated from the Android app, the appliance UI or the appliance API depending on the deployment mode.
