Local network diagnostics

Find out whether a network issue is client-side, Wi-Fi-side, LAN-side or upstream.

Infracheck starts with free Android and Windows diagnostics apps, then adds the free local appliance when the network needs continuous proof from inside the customer site.

Step 1

Client evidence

Use Android or Windows to capture the affected user's path: Wi-Fi or Ethernet, IP, gateway, DNS, HTTP/TLS, route and local observations.

Step 2

Site evidence

Use the appliance to check gateway, WAN, packet loss, DNS, HTTP/TLS, LAN visibility, alerts, trends and recurring reports from inside the LAN.

Step 3

Support evidence

Turn findings into shareable proof for customers, internal support tickets and before/after troubleshooting notes.

What local diagnostics should answer

  • Is the user connected to the expected Wi-Fi or Ethernet network?
  • Is the default gateway reachable and stable?
  • Is DNS slow, failing or using the wrong resolver?
  • Are HTTP/TLS services reachable from this device and this site?
  • Is packet loss or jitter visible only on Wi-Fi, or also from the appliance?
  • Are new or missing LAN devices part of the incident?

Where Infracheck fits

Infracheck is not a full enterprise NMS, packet-capture platform, vulnerability scanner or physical cable tester. It is a local-first diagnostic workflow for Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, DNS, HTTP/TLS and evidence reports, built for home users, small businesses, IT support teams and MSPs.
