Network troubleshooting
Find whether the fault is Wi-Fi, DNS, WAN, HTTP, LAN, or the device.
Infracheck gives technicians a repeatable workflow for diagnosing intermittent network problems with both phone-side and local appliance evidence.
Core troubleshooting signals
- WAN: latency, packet loss, jitter, download/upload speed, and internet reachability.
- DNS: resolver availability, response time, domain resolution, and DNS baseline changes.
- HTTP/TLS: external web reachability, HTTP latency, and TLS expiry checks.
- LAN: device inventory, new devices, missing devices, gateway identity, and host notes.
- Wi-Fi: signal, band, channel, roaming behavior, and phone-side validation.
Why a local appliance matters
A cloud-only monitor can miss local symptoms. The Infracheck Appliance runs inside the customer network, so it checks what the site experiences from the LAN. The Android app checks what the technician's phone experiences at the user location.
Support outcome
Instead of telling a customer that the network "looks fine", the technician can show health score, alerts, inventory, DNS/HTTP results, WAN quality, and a PDF report with timestamps and recommendations.
